NBC invites people to “Kiss the Holidays Hello with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen” this Wednesday in a star-studded legendary Christmas.
The musician and his wife will host the channel’s hourlong holiday special, “A Legendary Christmas,” on November 28 and co-star in a promo video that also features some of their guests, including Stevie Wonder, Kim Kardashian, Zach Galifianakis and Awkwafina.
Legend, who earlier this year became the first black man to achieve EGOT status – having earned an Emmy for television, Grammy for music, Oscar for film and Tony for theater throughout his career, will reportedly perform songs from his latest album, A Legendary Christmas, released last month, on October 26.
“What John has accomplished over his career is simply remarkable and we’re thrilled to have both he and Chrissy host our holiday special. It will be a truly memorable telecast filled with wonderful performances that will have something for everyone,” said Doug Vaughan, executive vice president of special programs for NBC Entertainment, in a statement.
