Bell Canada continues its Bell Outside the Box campaign with a new installment, showing how the Whitecaps are kicking it.
The 60-second spot features Vancouver Whitecaps FC players showing off their football juggling skills in various places from across the country. Alphonso Davies is the first one to be seen, but not for long – he passes the ball to Kei Kamara, who passes it forward to his new teammate José Aja (who was acquired by Whitecaps in a trade with Orlando City SC earlier this year, in February). Marcel de Jong, Russel Teibert, Kendal Waston, Jake Nerwinski, Doneil Henry, Erik Hurtado, Stefan Marinovic are also making appearances, along with “Season Ticket Holders,” “original ’74 supporters,” and a “superfan”.
The soundtrack music is the 2018 single “All About It” by Jamie Lono.
Bell Outside the Box returned this year, on June 9, with a fresh set of player challenges and some new twists. Fans can see Doneil Henry and Russell Teibert taking on the Sea to Sky Gondola Challenge, Stefan Marinovic and Jake Nerwinski joining the SuperDogs to the Pacific Coliseum, Kei Kamara and Alphonso Davies taking on the Dance Off Challenge, and more.
