TUI has launched a new advert, celebrating the way the company helps its customers to reunite with their dear ones.
The spot features a mother and her teenage daughter going together on a holiday in Turkey and spending quality time together. If, initially, the girl is reluctant and doesn’t want to get involved in any activity, as the time passes by and she discovers the place, with its stylish beachside cabanas, huge pools, coveted position on the beach, coffe shops and restaurants with exquisite dishes, as well as yoga sessions, she starts to change her attitude and enjoy every single moment.
“We cross the ‘T’s, dot the ‘I’s, and put ‘U’ in the middle,” the voiceover says at the end of the advert, which is scored by the 2001 single “Someday” by the American indie rock band The Strokes, from their debut studio album, “Is This It”.
The British leisure travel group headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex, revealed that 91 crew members were a part of the overall production of the advert, which was filmed at TUI SENSATORI Resort Barut Fethiye and directed by Simon Cahn. It was also informed that, as of next summer, this resort will offer up a new addition called “The Residence” and described as “a chic adults-only hideaway that will bring a whole new level of luxury to the TUI SENSATORI collection”.
The woman playing the role of mother is Cecile Henning, who is originally from South Africa and currently lives in the UK, and the girl is named Aoife Checkland. She’s from the UK and she has been involved with the Young Actors Theatre Islington since she was 10, according to the travel group.
