
Jimmy Choo showcases its Autumn/Winter 2018 eyewear collection in a new commercial.
The spot features three models accessorizing their outfits (included in the fashion label’s Autumn/Winter 18 collection) with eyeglasses that prove to be the perfect match. The Gold Liquid Mirror Leather Two-Piece Knee High Booties take center stage, at some point, as the trio showcase different styles in a huge walk-in closet, that hosts hundreds of pieces. Rocking sequin mini dresses and high heels, as well as all-black outfits, the women are also showing off their dancing skills, with an improvised in-sync choreography.
The soundtrack music is the 2017 single “Best Friend” by the New York-based duo Sofi Tukker featuring Australian duo Nervo, American duo The Knocks and Japanese singer Alisa Ueno. The song, which helped Sofi Tukker gain a lot of popularity after being featured in a commercial during Apple’s unveiling of the iPhone X, is included on their debut album, “Treehouse,” released in 2017.
The brand’s Autumn Winter 2018 collection was described by Creative Director Sandra Choi as being “about balancing form with decoration; super sexy but with a graceful refinement that transcends day to night style”.
