Hulu has released the trailer for the upcoming episode of its horror anthology series Into The Dark, from prolific, award-winning producer, Jason Blum’s independent TV studio.
According to the official synopsis, the new episode, “Flesh and Blood,” revolves around Kimberly, a teenager suffering from agoraphobia, who has not left the house since her mother’s unsolved murder, and begins to suspect, on the eve of Thanksgiving, anniversary of the murder, that she is in danger. “Is Kimberly going mad cloistered in a home she can’t bring herself to leave; or is the safe harbor of home and doting father a dangerous mirage?”
The series, consisting of 12 super-sized episodes, premiered on October 5, 2018. Each month will be released a new installment inspired by the holiday from the month in which it will be released, featuring Blumhouse’s signature genre/thriller spin on the story.
The first episode told the story of Wilkes, a cynical but sophisticated hitman asked with transporting a dead body on Halloween night.
The song playing in the trailer is “Requiem” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
