Pizza Hut has released a series of new spots to advertise its limited-time deal on large 2-topping pizzas, now for $7.99, when you order online.
“We’re more than just $7.99 large 2-topping pizzas delivered. We’re that moment you realize you’re raising her right,” the voiceover says on one of the 15-second spots, which features a pre-teenage girl watching a football game in the company of her parents and breaking a Pizza Hut box in two while cheering so loud her favorite team that players stop on the pitch to look at her. “No one OutPizzas the Hut,” the voiceover adds at the end of the commercial, which also highlights the status of the pizza restaurant chain of Official Pizza Sponsor of the NFL.
The other spot, featuring Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster, encourages viewers to get their End Zone Dance Ready with large 2-toppping pizzas for just $7.99. The two NFL stars, who will try to become the NFL’s top wide receiver duo in 2018, are seen showing off their dance skills alongside the Pizza Hut delivery guy, while the voiceover says “We’re more than just $7.99 large 2-topping pizzas delivered. We’re an end zone dance at your doorstep”.
Brown and JuJu have also teamed up with Pizza Hut as part of the chain’s recent partnership as the official pizza of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the NFL. Over the weekend, Brown posted on his Instagram account a photo giving fans a preview of what’s ahead with regard to himself, JuJu and Pizza Hut. The two wide receivers will be featured in various forms on content throughout the 2018 season. Pizza Hut will also provide, this season, social and digital content that will feature on Steelers.com, the team’s mobile app and the team’s social media channels that includes Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
