T-Mobile advertises its Essential plan in a new commercial, highlighting that it offers unlimited ways to be you for as low as $30/line.

“Now, T-Mobile has unlimited for the rest of us. Unlimited ways to be you. Unlimited ways to share with others. Unlimited ways to live for the moment. All for as low as $30 a line,” the voiceover says on the 30-second spot, which includes footage of people of different ages, nationalities and backgrounds, being the protagonists of videos that were posted on the internet. A guy diving into a lake, a mother filming her toddler, a teenage girl dancing with her dad, a little girl dancing with her mom, a boy wearing blue glasses are only some of the characters featured.

The soundtrack music is the 2017 single “I Wanna Go Out” by the Brooklyn rock band American Authors, which was also featured in the Lego Ninjago trailer.

The “Unlimited for all” deal, starting at $30/line, represents T-Mobile’s “Essentials” plan, which includes only the necessities – unlimited talk, text, and smartphone data – and is valid for 4 lines with AutoPay, plus taxes and fees. According to the carrier, the Essentials plan also includes great deals every week with T-Mobile Tuesdays, unlimited 3G mobile hotspot data, unlimited talk, text, and 2G data in Mexico and Canada, plus unlimited texting and low flat rate calling at $0.25/minute in 210+ countries and destinations. During congestion, T-Mobile Essentials customers may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >50GB/month.
