LG showcases its LG G7 ThinQ in a new commercial, highlighting the Boombox Speaker, which gives your audio experience “a boost of loud, room-filling sound”.
The 30-second ad shows a young woman by the pool, playing the 1990 single “Everybody Everybody” by the Italian music group Black Box featuring singer Martha Wash on her LG G7 ThinQ. The music makes a dashboard hula girl nearby start to sway and then hundreds of Hawaiian bobble dolls around there start dancing, as well, to the rhythms of the song – on flamingo pool floats, on shelves, in a fish tank and throughout the house.
At the end of the commercial, the tagline “What’s It Gonna Take?” flashes across the screen, before another line urges viewers to switch to the LG G7 ThinQ.
This is one of the latest instalments in the “What’s It Gonna Take?” campaign, which also features Aubrey Plaza. The actress takes a selfie with a guy named Ryan in a spot released in June, that focused on the Google Assistant App.
Announced in May 2018, the LG G7 ThinQ features a Top Notch Display, an AI camera, that prompts you with 4 filter options, adjusting the exposure, shutter speed, and more, to help enhance your shot, a secondary rear camera with Super Bright Camera Mode and Super Wide Angle, a headphone jack, Super Far Field Voice Recognition, which means your Google Assistant is always there to help and will respond with real-time support from anywhere in the room, and more.
The LG G7 ThinQ is available for purchase at Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, Amazon, Best Buy and B&H.
