MetroPCS 2 Free Months Commercial Song – Girl Making Peace Sign

MetroPCS highlights, in one of its latest ads, that new customers who bring their number to MetroPCS can get two months of unlimited service for free and, for a limited time, a new phone, also for free, from brands like Samsung, LG, and Motorola.

Titled “Peace of Mind”, the spot features a young woman in a MetroPCS store who, after being informed by an employee that she can experience peace of mind by trying out the company’s unlimited data for free, for two months, starts flashing the peace sign to every person she meets on her way, from a toddler in his stroller to a guy passing by and a street vendor. “At MetroPCS, we’re so sure you’ll love our network, we’ll let you try it for free,” the voiceover says on the 30-second ad, urging viewers to switch to MetroPCS, a network that covers 99% of people in the U.S.

The soundtrack music is the 2017 single “Check It Out” by Oh the Larceny.

According to T-Mobile’s flagship prepaid brand, in order to get this deal, new customers must bring their number to MetroPCS, sign up on a new account and make two payments on a $50+ plan (they can choose from the $50 Unlimited LTE plan, the $60 plan with Unlimited LTE + 10GB of hotspot data, or 4 lines of Unlimited LTE for $100, with taxes and regulatory fees included). They will be then able to enjoy unlimited LTE data and get, in addition, after the 2-month trial period and 2 on time payments, a $100 prepaid Mastercard.

The limited time deal offering 2 months of unlimited service for free when you switch was available also in 2017.
