Johnny Depp and Forest Whitaker star in the upcoming biopic crime movie, scheduled to be released on September 7, 2018.
According to the official synopsis, the film is based on the true story of one of the most notorious and unsolved cases in recent time, revealing a never-before-seen look at the infamous murder of The Notorious B.I.G. shortly following the death of Tupac.
“A murder like that only goes unsolved if the police don’t want to solve it” – detective Russell Poole (Johnny Depp) says in the official trailer.
Rockmond Dunbar, Neil Brown Jr., Xander Berkeley, Shea Whigham and Shamier Anderson are among the movie stars.
The song playing in the trailer is “You’re Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You)” by The Notorious B.I.G. from the album “Life After Death”, released on November 4, 2011.
