The lenses brand Transitions promotes its Light Intelligent Senses in a new commercial, part of the “Light Under Control” campaign, aimed at attracting a younger generation of consumers.
The spot, created by agency Animals and directed by Paul Ward, features a young couple enjoying a sunny day outdoors as their Transitions lenses keep light under control. They are skateboarding, playing basketball, doing their evening run, and have a drink at a bar, without worrying about their eyes or eyewear. One of the shots illustrates how the photochromic lenses darken when exposed to UV light.
Serving as the perfect soundtrack is the 2014 single “The Sun” by Parov Stelar feat. Graham Candy.
