Alexandra Burke stars in a new SlimFast advert, endorsing the brand’s Advanced Vitality Raspberry Crush.
The X Factor winner, who has lost eighteen pounds and dropped three dress sizes using the SlimFast meal replacement plan for six months, is seen in the 10-second spot standing up from her piano to get a SlimFast Vitality Raspberry Crush shake, which she describes as being “crammed with deliciousness” and adding, at the end, the tagline “Works for me”.
Onscreen lines throughout the ad specify that “Substituting two daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss”.
The song used in this ad is “Push It” by Salt-n-Pepper, from the band’s 1986 album, “Hot, Cool & Vicious”.
Alexandra Burke, who became a SlimFast Ambassador in April 2016, has since starred in several ad campaigns, endorsing the brand’s range of products including shakes, smoothies, bars, cookies, and snacks.
