Mango has launched its Spring/Summer 2018 campaign. Shot by Mario Sorrenti, the renowned photographer who is a longtime collaborator of the Spanish fashion brand, the campaign is described as “a call to nature and the connection between people”.
The campaign film, filmed at the seaside and in the desert, stars Amber Valletta, Anna Ewers and Noah Mills sporting a variety of pieces included in the new collection, while in the background their voices are head saying the following: “Everywhere. The wind. Our thoughts. Our selves come together. To peer through its light. Maybe I was there too. Just a piece of me. I close my eyes. And I can still feel the breeze from the ocean. Somehow. Someway. We are one”.
Valletta is seen donning a long net dress in mesh fabric and metallic thread fabric, featuring spaghetti straps and V-neck neckline, priced at $99.99, wool straight-fit trousers and a ruched cropped jacket in matching hues, priced at $99.99 and $119.99, respectively, a gathered waist skirt ($119.99) and a sheer printed jacket ($129.99). Anna Ewers is sporting a long asymmetrical ruffle black dress ($199.99), a net jumper ($79.99), a long net dress ($149.99), and an open-knit sweater ($99.99), among others, and Mills is sporting a regular-fit striped linen shirt ($69.99), cotton linen-blend chinos ($69.99), a contrasting panel suede jacket ($199.99).
The soundtrack music is “Sea of Love” by singer-songwriter Cat Power (born Charlyn Marie “Chan” Marshall), from her 1998 album, “Moon Pix”.
