Applebee’s promotes its deal on handcrafted burger in a series of new ads, highlighting that any burger is now $7.99.
One of the 15-second spots showcases the Whisky Bacon Burger and its ingredients: “100% fresh never frozen beef”, “lots of bacon”, “tangy whisky sauce”, caramelized onion, crispy onions, Pepper Jack cheese, all on a brioche bun.
The song used in the ad is “Sunshine & Whiskey” by country music artist Frankie Ballard (who’s also Warner Bros. Records guitarist-vocalist) from his second studio album, “Sunshine & Whiskey”, released in 2014.
The range of handcrafted burgers also includes the Brunch Burger, the Quesadilla Burger, the Caprese Mozzarella Burger, the Classic Burger, the Triple Bacon Burger, and the American Standard Burger.
