NRMA Insurance has released a heart-warming Christmas commercial, urging all Australians that wherever they plan to go these holidays, to drive safely.
The two-minute spot follows the journey of an old couple on their way to celebrate Christmas with their daughter and granddaughter. Even though initially grandma refuses her little granddaughter’s invitation, arguing that his husband is “leak and he can’t drive”, the two leave their house, and, together with a cute labrador, embark on a night drive, with her at the wheel.
The song playing in the background is “Long Way Down” by Tom Odell, from his debut album of the same name, released on 24 June 2013.
