Nokia has launched a heartwarming commercial, created by Mother London, urging people to switch off their phones this Christmas” and give, as a gift, themselves.
The spot, aiming to highlight that “Technology unites us all in amazing ways, but nothing will ever replace being together”, features a college boy who keeps in touch with his grandmother as much as he can, sharing with her
his every day experiences, making her every day better.
On Christmas day, when she would definitely want to spend time with her grandson, the latter shows up at her place, bringing joy into her life, especially that her husband has passed away.
Throughout the ad, the new Nokia 8 with Dual-Sight mode, which enables you to use both front and rear cameras simultaneously to share both sides of the story, is showcased.
Directed by Justin Chadwick, the short 90-second film, which runs on TV and in cinemas, is soundtracked by Freya Ridings’ “Lost Without You”.
