The Italian cosmetic brand KIKO promotes its limited edition “Arctic Holiday” collection in a new commercial,
encouraging women to “break the old look”.
The 40-second spot, done by creative agency Havas, features model Anna Mila Guyenz leaving her old look behind
and getting a new Arctic look after making burst a frozen well. Ice particles are seen spreading around and an icy glow of winter being applied on her face.
The commercial, shot in Budapest, Hungary, and directed by Matthias Zentner, is soundtracked by a song created especially for the brand’s Arctic Holiday TV campaign by Milano-based musician Ferdinando Arnò, titled “Arctic”, which will not be released.
The “Arctic Holiday” collection, which is inspired, according to KIKO, by “Northern Light reflections”, “surreal horizons”, “reflective ice crystals and plays of light and shadow”, includes skin care products, makeup and accessories that are designed to help you get a “sophisticated, glamorous, eccentric and irresistibly irreverent” look. The prices normally range between €4.95 and €45.95, but at the moment there are a series of special offers enabling you to get discounts on various products, including the Arctic Holiday Pochette 01, which can be purchased for €5 instead of €14.95 (deal valid for online orders of at least €25 worth, until December 17th).
