The film is based on the life of Griselda Blanco Restrepo, known as La Madrina, the Black Widow, the Cocaine Godmother and the Queen of Narco-Trafficking, who became the most notorious female Colombian drug lord and a

“I’ve been in prison since the day I was born. I’m used to it. Trust no one, in this life.” – the Academy and Tony Award winner is heard saying in the trailer, that features her stashing her drugs into the underwear of several young beautiful women, creating false-bottom suitcases to smuggle cocaine from Colombia to the United States, shooting people with her own hand, and warning that nobody gets in her way and that nobody insults her family.

The song playing in the trailer is the 2016 single “Game of Survival” by Ruelle, that appears on the 2016 EP, “Madness”.
