After a series of teasers released by Marvel for the upcoming installment in the Avengers series, Avengers: Infinity War, the full trailer has been finally dropped.

There was an idea to bring together a group of remarkable people. To see if we could become something more. So when they needed us, we could fight the battles. But they never could.” – these are the lines heard in the background, while on screen cast members are seen, including Robert Downey Jr., who plays Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo, who plays Hulk, Scarlet Johansson, who plays Black Widow, Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays Doctor Strange, Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, Elizabeth Olson, who plays Scarlet Witch, Dave Bautista, who plays Drax the Destroyer, Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man, Chadwick Boseman, who plays Black Panther, and more.

According to the official synopsis, the third Avengers film will see a new danger emerging from the cosmic shadows:
Thanos, who is “a despot intergalactic infamy” eager to collect all six Infinity Stones (artifacts of unimaginable power) and “use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality.” Thus, the Avengers find themselves facing a though situation, with the fate of Earth and existence itself more uncertain than ever.

The role of Thanos is played by Josh Brolin, who has played Llewelyn Moss in No Country for Old Men, Dan White
in Milk, for which he received Academy Award and SAG Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor, and other various roles in films like Men in Black 3, Hollow Man, American Gangster, Everest, Sicario, and more.

The cast also includes Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Racoon, Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Anthony Mackie as The Falcon, Paul Bettany as Vision, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Zoe Saldana as Gomora, Benedict Wong as Wong, and Sean Gunn as Kraglin.

The film is scheduled to be released in the US on May 4, 2018.
