Amazon UK Christmas Advert Song – Singing Boxes

Girl in Amazon Christmas Advert

Amazon UK has launched its Christmas advert inviting you to see what happens when hundreds of Amazon boxes go on a magical journey to send a smile this Christmas.

The 60-second spot, titled “Give”, begins with a woman on a bus who goes to Amazon’s Christmas store to get
the perfect gift for a little girl. The Amazon box is then shown on the conveyor belt at Amazon headquarters
on its way to the place where the kid lives. The box starts singing the famous anthem “Give a little bit” and
other boxes of all sizes join it, as well. Their journey to the recipients, which includes flights across continents at times, is also featured.

“Give a Little Bit” is a single by English rock band Supertramp released in 1977, included on their fifth album, “Even in the Quietest Moments…”.

In 2016, Amazon’s Christmas advert, soundtracked by Ludovico Einaudi’s “I Giorni”, featuring a priest and an imam who meet for a cup of tea and then order for each other knee pads and get them delivered via Amazon Prime, was described as “best yet” after John Lewis and M&S efforts.
