A new trailer for the upcoming psychological drama film All I See Is You, starring Blake Lively and Jason Clarke, has been released, featuring some of the reviews it received after the movie premiere.
Written by Sean Conway and directed by Marc Forster, the movie revolves around Gina (Blake Lively), a young blind woman who regains her vision after an operation and begins to discover disturbing details about the relationship with her husband, James (Jason Clarke), and their lives.
One of the scenes revealed in the trailer, titled “Beholder”, shows Gina telling her husband that things are different than what she had in her mind. In another scene, James is telling Gina, who is dressed in a sexy black dress, that he has never seen her in a dress like that before and, in another scene, he is shown watching a film of Gina in the respective dress, which implies that he has put cameras all over the house and is watching her every move. “It’s not really you, huh?” – James asks her, referring to the dress, and she answers “Well, we don’t really know what me is”.
The song used in the official trailer is a creepy cover of The Beach Boys’ “God Only Knows”, performed by a group of kids.
All I See Is You had its world premiere at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival and is scheduled to be
released in select US theaters this month, on October 27.
