Cricket Wireless Dolph Ziggler Commercial Song – WWE Dinner

Cricket Wireless Commercial - Dolph Ziggler

Cricket Wireless has released a new commercial to highlight that it guarantees more 4G LTE coverage than T-Mobile or Sprint and celebrate its status of proud sponsor of WWE.

The 30-second spot, dubbed “WWE Dinner”, features a young woman at a restaurant table, trying to upload a photo of the dish she’s having for dinner on social media, but doesn’t manage to do that because of the bad coverage. At this point, the WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler (Nicholas Theodore “Nick” Nemeth by his real name) shows up dressed in leather, with the jacket undone, and, handing over a LG with a Cricket Wireless card, tells her that a girl like her deserves a good network. Thus, she manages to upload the photo and gets hundreds of likes. “I’m on fire!” – she exclaims delighted and the pro wrestler confirms it, but when fire bursts behind her, the smile on her face vanishes.

The spot ends with Ziggler taking a selfie with the young lady, while an onscreen line informs viewers that Cricket Wireless provides “More 4G LTE coverage than T-Mobile or Sprint”. The song used in the ad is the Dolph Ziggler Theme for the show off of the WWE, titled “Here to Show the World”, by Downstait.

Cricket Wireless and WWE announced their integrated multi-year sponsorship in March 2016, that was supposed to provide the prepaid wireless brand significant visibility and consumer engagement at WWE’s biggest events of the year, including SummerSlam, WrestleMania, Payback, and Royal Rumble. WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler began serving as a brand ambassador in 2015. His fellow, John Cena, is also a Cricket brand ambassador.
