HUGO BOSS has released the full version of its first commercial starring the brand’s new ambassador for BOSS Bottled, Chris Hemsworth.
The 60-second spot, directed by Nicholas Winding Refn, features the Australian actor – described as “a man who consistently acts by his own codes of integrity and respect” – starting his day with a HUGO BOSS suit and a BOSS Bottled fragrance and heading out with confidence. While on screen he’s shown interacting with various persons, in the background his voice can be heard talking about integrity. “Success without integrity means nothing. Your belongings don’t make you a better man. Your behavior does. Integrity is how you behave when there’s nothing to be gained. We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.” – says the Thor star, urging viewers to “Choose to strive for more, for better, every hour, every day.” and concluding with the campaign tagline, “Be the Man of Today”.
Hemsworth, known for his role as Thor in the Marvel cinematic universe, has joined the ranks of Ryan Reynolds, Theo James, and Jared Leto, all former HUGO BOSS ambassadors. Starting this fall, he will star also in print campaigns, shot by Nathaniel Goldberg, for BOSS Bottled.
