Rolls Royce has released a commercial showcasing its new Dawn Black Badge special edition, which will be shown at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend.
The 30-second spot displays the 593bhp convertible, painted in a “deeply intense” shade of black, which has been hand-polished. Its roof is finished in black canvas and the rear deck is finished in black leather. Ultra-thin threads of aircraft-grade aluminium, woven together and bonded in carbonfibre cover the interior surfaces. The seats are finished in black leather with mandarin highlights.
The Dawn Black Badge features a revamped version of Rolls-Royce’s 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, which produces 593bhp, a 30bhp increase over the standard Dawn.
