Nike Air VaporMax Collection Stairs Commercial Song

Nike Air VaporMax Commercial

Nike showcases its new Air Max VaporMax collection in a 60-second spot from creative agency Wieden + Kennedy, titled “Impossible Stairs”.

The ad, aiming to highlight that “An epic set of stairs is no match for the new Nike Air VaporMax, and the 30 years of Air that came before it”, features a young woman who’s running up the Lyon Street Steps in San Francisco and, as she’s climbing them, a different pair of Nike Air is shown.

The song playing in the background is “I’m Just Messin’ Around” by Hollywood-based rock duo Beach Day (consisting of Kimmy Drake and Skyler Black), from their 2014 album “Native Echoes”.

According to the brand, Air VaporMax not only defies convention, but it also “delivers a sensation underfoot that
seems to defy gravity” thanks to its flexible Flyknit upper placed directly atop a radically reinvented Air cushioning system, that provides “an unbelievably light, bouncy, and flexible feel”.

Nike’s Air Max collection, including running shoes for both men and women, features Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit iD ($240), Nike Air Max 2017 ($190), Nike Zoom All Out Low ($140), Nike Air Max LD-Zero ($180), Nike Air Max 95 QS ($170), Nike Air Max 1 Pinnacle ($150), Nike Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 Flyknit Metallic ($200), Nike Air Max LD-Zero iD ($220), Nike Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 Ease ($140), Nike Air Max Jewell LX ($150), Nike Air Max 90 Premium Liberty London iD ($170), and many more.
