Florette UK, Europe’s number one in vegetables and fresh, ready to eat salads, highlights, in its latest advert, that its salads are “Always Made with Sunshine”, and urges viewers to serve up some sunshine in their salad bowl today.
“At Florette, we always go the extra mile searching for the very best natural sunlight. Because for us natural sunlight makes fresh and naturally tasting salad” – says the voiceover in the 30-second spot, featuring a green tractor at a Florette farm, riding across the farmland, with various types of salads grown.
The song playing in the background is the 1983 single “I Won’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” by English singer-songwriter Nik Kershaw, first released on his hit debut album, “Human Racing”.
The salad and vegetable processing company based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, produces ready to eat bags and bowls of salads with the products being sold to all major retailers mainly under the brand name Florette. Among its range of products there are Bags with Dressing, bowls, crunchy salads, slaw mixes, smoothie mixes, strong mix and others.
