“If you’re craving a spicy burger late at night, nothing will stop Jack from satisfying that craving. Not even the laws of physics.” – this is the message conveyed in one of the latest commercials released by Jack in the Box, to promote the $6 deal for Spiracha Curly Fry Burger.
The 30-second spot, titled “Basement”, starts with two teenage brothers, a boy and a girl, who play ping-pong in the basement of their house. The boy tells to his sister that he could go for a spicy burger with curly fries and the next moment Jack’s crave squad, who’ve been intercepting their conversation, get ready for action. “We’ve got a craving!”, shouts a lady, ordering then impatiently to the Crave Van’s driver to go.
A few seconds later, the door bell rings and the girl informs the “guest” that she’s in the basement. That was enough for the Crave Van’s driver to drive through the wall and get inside, to deliver the desired burger.
“Hey, guys, try my Spiracha Curly Fry Burger Munchie Meal”, says Jack, handing the meal and a drink over to the two teenagers.
“Jack, you’re the best!”, exclaims the boy.
“Well, when you do what you love….”, starts saying Jack, but he’s interrupted by the same lady, who shouts again “We’ve got a craving” and makes him interrupt the conversation: “Oh, I gotta go”.
The spot ends with the voiceover saying “you crave it, we serve it” and inviting you to try the Spiracha Curly Fry Burger Munchie Meal, with two tacos and a drink, for just $6.
