GEICO Stickers
GEICO has released a new commercial, inviting you to take a closer look at a couple’s RV and watch a moose sticker experience an existential crisis.
The 30-second spot, titled “Bumper Stickers”, starts with a man on a camping trip telling to a couple of friends that he has just saved a whole lot of money by switching to GEICO, which makes his friends decide to take a closer look at the insurance company. At this point, three stickers from the RV parked behind them, representing a buffalo, a moose and a wolwolf, come to life and begin talking.
“You know, GEICO insures way more than cars”, says the buffalo sticker (voiced by Brian Stepanek) promoting the Buffalo Plains General Stores. “Boats, motorcycles, even RVs”, he adds.
“GEICO insures RVs?”, asks the moose sticker (voiced by Chris Marrs) surprised. “What’s an RV?”, comes immediately his next question.
“Uh, the thing we’ve been stuck on for five years”, intervenes the wolf (voiced by Sean Michael Howard) with a little bit of sarcasm in his voice.
“Wait, I’m not a real moose?”, asks the moose in bewilderment.
“We’ve been over this, Jeff”, tries the buffalo to calm him down.
“We’re stickers”, adds the wolf.
“I’m not a real moose?”, asks the moose with sadness.
At this point, the buffalo asks the wolf to give the moose some space and the wolf tells the moose to take deep breaths.
“What’s a sticker?”, asks the moose.
The commercial ends with the voiceover (Andrew Anthony) inviting you to take a closer look at GEICO, mentioning “Great savings and a whole lot more”.
