Credit Karma
Credit Karma has released a new commercial to promote its services.
The 30-second spot, titled “Bully”, features a teacher in the teachers’ room, having lunch and looking at her credit score, just checked on Credit Karma.
“Wow, is that your credit score?”, asks a coach colleague, looking at her credit score (605), which needs work.
“Wow, that’s your score?”, asks a female colleague.
While the two “bullies” are laughing behind her, the teacher stands up and says: “You know what?
Yeah, my credit score is not so great. But it’s a lot better than it used to be. And at least I’m actually doing something about it”.
Her short speech gets a round of applause from the other teachers who heard her and makes the two “bullies” change their attitude.
“To be honest, I’m not even sure what my credit score is”, admits the woman teacher that laughed at her.
The protagonist recommends her to try Credit Karma, mentioning that it’s free.
“Get your free score right now, at Credit Karma”, says the voiceover at the end of the ad, which features again the coach saying that Credit Karma is a good app.
