Tiffany & Co. aired a Super Bowl ad starring Lady Gaga, who is the face of the brand’s new HardWear campaign, debuting this spring.
The 60-second spot starts with the legendary artist playing the harmonica and continues with her, wearing a natural make-up and an all-black outfit accessorized with a pair of earrings and a bracelet from the new collection, lying on the floor and talking about her origins, her personality and what helped her become who she is, and also about her love for Tiffany’s.
“I grew up in New York City and I was born there. And you’re born knowing that Tiffany’s is the best. You know that you will have a truly special moment if you go to the Tiffany’s store and look into those windows. I am a rebel, but I wouldn’t say that me transforming at 19 into the artist I became was surely just because of rebellion. It was more a sense of power that I felt. I always want to be challenging the status quo. I love to change. It makes me feel alive”, says Lady Gaga, adding “I’m too strange, I’m too different, I’m too out there, too artistic. Always pretentious to talk about, you know, how creative you are. I don’t feel that way at all. I think it’s empowering and important and I’m coming for you”.
Elegantly subversive, Tiffany HardWear collection is “as spontaneous as the woman who wears it”. “Only Tiffany could make hardware look this chic”, states the jewelry brand.
