“Our old stores need some love” – is the message conveyed in the latest Domino’s Pizza ad campaign, inviting you to come and see the pizza restaurant chain’s remodeled stores when you carry out large 3-topping pizza for $7.99 each, every day.
The campaign includes three spots which feature real Domino’s storeowners Pat Farmer (who has sold his dream house to buy his first Domino’s store), Allan Erwin (who has built his store with his bare hands), and Adelia Jonas (who has used her college savings to buy her store) tearing down their pride and joys to make room for something better.
And that “something better” is shown at the end, when instead of broken things and demolished walls, we get to see modern pick-up points.
“We love what we do, but not where we do it”, says the voiceover in the spots, featuring a rap song.
