Tide Pods Commercial 2017 – Lost Socks
Tide has released a new commercial, introducing Tide Pods Plus Downy.
The 30-second spot, titled “Lost Socks”, features lots of socks and their though life, with abuses, mistreatment and humiliation, as the narrator suggests. Some of them are bitten by pets, some are used to get outside to take the newspaper and end up in some paddle, some are turned into puppets by sewing buttons on them. “Another lost sock. Ever wonder why they leave? The abuse, the mistreatment, the humiliation. It’s time to treat them better”, says the voiceover, inviting you to treat all your clothes better with Tide Pods Plus Downy.
The ad ends with the brand’s tagline, “If it’s got to be clean, it’s got to be Tide”.
