Subaru has released a new charming commercial, featuring the 2017 Outback and… lots of kids.
The 30-second spot starts with several children who take all kind of objects that might hurt them, such as nunchucks, a hammer, an electric shaver, and others, and whose parents step in, forbidding them to use those objects. Things change when they become teenagers and asks their parents to allow them take the Subaru. They no longer receive a “no” as a response, but a simple “don’t be late”.
“Even when we’re not there to keep them safe, our Subaru Outback will be”, says the voiceover in the spot, which ends with the onscreen line “All 2016 Subaru models with EyeSight are a 2016 IIHS Top Safety Pick+” and with the brand’s tagline, “Love. It’s what makes a Subaru a Subaru”.
