Cisco has released a new commercial, inviting you to join the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team and become a “problem-solving hero”.
The 30-second spot starts with a young man solving a Rubik’s cube and saying to the camera: “While you’re watching this, I’m saving companies, recovering terabytes of data, protecting your people secrets. There’s an army of us. We relentlesslyunravel traces and log files”. As the ad continues, several persons of all ages are featured in various places, solving a Rubik’s cube, as well. “Think you can handle it?”, asks the man, adding “We’re ready for you” and then turning around and leaving.
The commercial ends with the onscreen line “Join Us Cisco TAC” and with the company’s website and logo.
