Heathrow Airport Christmas Advert – Teddy Bear Couple
Heathrow Airport has released the Christmas advert, titled “Coming Home for Christmas”.
Created with the idea that “coming home for Christmas is the best gift of all”, the 70-second spot features Edward Bair, an old cuddly teddy bear, and his cuddly teddy bear wife, coming home for Christmas via Heathrow. The two are shown as they disembark from aircraft, go through security and pick up their luggage to head for the exit, where all passengers are awaited by family, relatives or friends.
As the advert ends, we can see that the two cuddly bears, who stopped for a second to watch the crowd, are actually the grandparents of two kids, who run towards them with joy.
The song playing in the background is a 2014 remaster of “I’m Going Back” by Chas & Dave.
