Burger King Cheesy Tots Commercial
Burger King has released a new commercial, announcing the comeback of the decade: Cheesy Tots, which will be available for a limited time.
The 30-second spot features Jon Heder and Efren Ramirez (who played Pedro Sánchez in the 2004 classic comedy Napoleon Dynamite) at a table, having lunch at Burger King.
“Wow, are those cheesy tots?”, asks Heder, seeing on Efren’s tray a portion of cheesy tots.
“Ya”, comes the plain answer.
“Are they good?”, aks Heder.
“Ya”, answers Efren, after the second attempt of eating a cheese tot.
“Can I have one?”
“Sure.”
Heder, though, instead of taking one, takes all the cheesy tots from the box, plus the half tot in Efren’s hand.
“Damn, they’re so good!”, shouts, slapping his hand on the table. On the top of that, when he runs out of juice, he asks Efren if he’s going to finish his drink.
The commercial ends with the onscreen line “They’re Back (Cheesy Tots)”.
