Idris Elba – 100 Streets (2016 Movie)
Idris Elba is a retired professional rugby player who spirals out of control in his attempt to keep his family together in the drama film 100 Streets. He struggles to get used to his new life, tries to adjust the relationship with his wife, but failure makes him become violent. How violent you can see in the trailer and then in the film, released on November 11 in UK theaters and scheduled to be released on January 13, in US theaters and on demand.
Directed by Jim O’Hanlon, 100 Streets tells actually three intertwined stories, all lived out in the same square mile, in London.
The cast includes also Gemma Arterton, Tom Cullen, Franz Drameh, and Ken Stott.
