Costa Coffee Advert 2016 – Never a dull cup
Costa Coffee has released a new advert featuring a motivational speaker giving a speech to dozens of baristas about “The Future of Coffee”.
“As a motivational speaker I had one job to do: motivate. Now it’s time for a new mission: not great, but magnificent coffee” – says the speaker arguing that “the nation’s coffee is in their hands” and their hands were in his hands.
The spot features him asking the people in front of him to imagine that he is a “flat white” although he is actually an African-American not so flat and, in addition to that, he asks them to show him what real passion looks like.
