A United Kingdom is a British drama film, based on Susan Williams’s book Colour Bar, about the Prince Seretse Khama of Botswana, who causes an international stir when he marries a white woman from London in the late 1940s.
Directed by Amma Asante, the movie stars David Oyelowo and Rosamund Pike in the main roles, Jack Davenport, Jack Lowden, Terry Pheto, Vusi Kunene, Tom Felton, Charlotte Hope and others.
A United Kingdom will premiere on November 25, 2016 in the UK, and on February 17, 2017 in the US.
