Powerade Commercial 2016 – Claressa Shields – Diamond
Powerade has released a series of commercials starring U.S. Olympians, with the tagline “Just a Kid from Flint”, to show that anyone can achieve their dreams and to show its support to the athletes participating at Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
The 15-second “Diamond” spot features the American boxer Claressa Shields training outdoor, during her morning run, with the voiceover saying: “A diamond shines only if it’s willing to get cut”.
The final onscreen lines are “Just a Kid from Flint” and “Powerade – Fueling Olympians”.
