Mercedes-Benz Commercial 2016 – Sebastian Steudtner
The latest commercial released by Mercedes Benz, advertising the GLA 220 CDI 4MATIC, stars the brand’s ambassador, Sebastian Steudtner, one of the best big wave surfers in the world.
The 60-second spot features him riding waves wearing a surf suit with Mercedez-Benz logo and talking about his biggest passion.
“My name is Sebastian Steudtner and sitting tight is not my thing. Big wave surfing is an exciting sport and my biggest passion. In the water, I feel completely free. I want to find out what’s possible. Out there I have no fear. I’m focused. Is nothing mechanical. It’s nature. It’s pure. It makes me feel alive”, says Steudtner.
The GLA 220 CDI 4MATIC is also featured in the video, as it is used by Steudtner to get to the seaside and follow his passion.
The commercial ends with the voiceover saying the company’s tagline: “Mercedes-Benz – The Best or Nothing”.
