DirecTV 72 Hour Rewind Commercial 2016 – Jon Bon Jovi
DirecTV brings in Jon Bon Jovi in its latest commercial, released to showcase that, now, its customers have the power to turn back time with the new 72 hour rewind feature on Set Top Box.
The 30-second spot features a group of guys on the couch, watching TV. When one of them says that the show airing looks pretty much over and that he wishes to start it from the beginning, Jon Bon Jovi shows up with his guitar, says that “with DirecTV you can”, and start singing:
“You see, we got the power to turn back time
Let’s start over, let’s rewind
And let’s go back and not quit the chann’
And have a chance to say goodbye to Grampie Ten
Ohhh, that’s the power the turn back time”
The commercial ends with the voiceover inviting viewers to get “the ultimate all-included bundle” by calling 1800DIRECTV.
