The video, titled “The darkest hour”, features Charlie’s three-decade anniversary at Holby City Hospital, celebrated with cake, set to be ruined by an horrific event. “Expect something quite epic”, said Casualty star Charles Venn about the series finale and fans are definitely wait for a dramatic and shocking stunt.
This anniversary episode will have a special soundtrack, which will be recorded by the BBC National Orchestra at BBC Hoddinott Hall, their home in Cardiff Bay.
The track used in the trailer is “I Can Feel You”, performed by the British singer-songwriter Delilah.

Lyrics

Hold your breath, don’t cry, they’re coming
Tainted secrets, don’t die, they’re coming
And if you wait for dawn to fade
You should see the dark
And as the gold defines your pain

I can feel your heart
Open from the start
I can feel your soul
Yearning to my call
I can feel you

Hold my hand, don’t hide, cause they’re coming
Fallen angels, fly by, and they’re coming
