The Shallows (2016 Movie) – Blake Lively
After 2015’s romance fantasy “The Age of Adaline”, Blake Lively will star, this year, in a 2-hour thriller, focused on a young woman’s struggle to survive a shark attack.
The blonde beauty inhabits the character of Nancy, a surfer who gets attacked and injured by a great white shark and clings to a giant rock 200 yeards from shore in the attempt to save herself. Stranded on the rock, she must find a way to return to shore while the white death circles her.
Written by Anthony Jaswinski and directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, the film, originally entitled “In the Deep”, is set to be released on June 29.
