ABC Series 2016: Time after Time
Time after Time is one of the upcoming TV series on ABC, following the famous writer H.G. Wells, creator of a time machine, into his journey through time to find his friend John, suspected to be Jack the Ripper, who has escaped to the future.
After a new murder is committed, Wells decides to follow John in modern day New York City and stop him from killing, believing that he is the only one who can catch him. Once he arrives in the city of lights, he discovers a world he has never imagined and a young woman he falls for. His quest proves to be a though challenge.
Based on Karl Alexander’s 1979 novel “Time after Time”, the drama series is created by Kevin Williamson and stars Freddie Stroma as H.G. Wells and Josh Bowman as John Stevenson, who lives a double life as Jack the Ripper.
