Hard Sell is an upcoming comedy drama written and directed by Sean Nalaboff in his directorial debut.
The film is about Hardy, a poor high school senior who hassles to support his unstable mother and their dog, Walter.
When Walter needs a surgery to be saved, Hardy does everything he can in order to raise the money, and he even turns to “lowest acts of social depravity” and profiting off of his rich colleagues in the elite private school he attends. His plans are put into practice together with Bo, a beautiful runaway girl he meets at community service. Things go out of control at some point and Hardy has to make  an important decision in the process of discovering who he really is.
The film, starring Skyler Gisondo (Hardy), Katrina Bowden (Bo), Kristin Chenoweth (Hardy’s mother), Hannah Marks, Kevin Kilner and others in supporting roles, is set to be released on May 20, 2016.
