ITV Series 2016: Marcella
Marcella is a new eight part drama series that will air on ITV this year. Written by the acclaimed novelist Hans Rosenfeldt, Marcella will star Anna Friel in the lead role. Laura Charmichael, Nicholas Pinnock, Ian Puleston-Davies, Nina Sosanya, Sinead Cusack, Jamie Bamber, Ray Panthaki, Patrick Baladi and Harry Lloyd also star in the series produced by Buccaneer Media.
The action takes place in contemporary London. Marcella is a British Metropolitan Police Detective that gets involved in a serial murder case that she first worked on ten years ago.
