Dunkin’ advertises its Dunkin’ Go2s value menu in a series of new commercials.
One of them, inspired by the music and styles of the 1970s, features a male singer joining on stage a female singer and singing as follows: “There’s no better two than the two of us.” The lady, who looks like Karen Carpenter and holds two breakfast sandwiches from the Dunkin’ Go2s, sings as follows: “I think you’re forgetting about Dunkin’ Go2s. Two Bacon, Egg & Cheese for $5.” Finally, they sing together that “these 2s are a much better 2s”.
Dunkin’ Go2s menu allows customers to choose from three of the brand’s popular breakfast menu items priced at $2, $4 and $5. Available beginning Monday, January 7th, 2019, at participating Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide for a limited time, the Dunkin’ Go2s menu includes two Egg & Cheese Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches for $2, two bagels with cream cheese spread for $4, and two Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches for $5. Dunkin’ has also unveiled two new menu choices, that will be available for a limited time, namely the New Power Breakfast Sandwich, featuring a veggie egg white omelet with spinach, peppers and onions, turkey sausage and American cheese on a new, thin seeded multigrain sandwich bread, and the New Energy Cold Brew, Dunkin’s signature cold brew coffee with a shot of its freshly brewed espresso.
The new ad campaign, developed by BBDO New York, is set to run on television, as well as online and across various Dunkin’ social channels.
