Lewis Hamilton gives people a glimpse into his world in a new Bose commercial, that advertises the brand’s QuietComfort 35 II wireless noise-canceling headphones.
The 60-second spot features the F1 World Champion interacting with his mates from the Formula 1 Mercecedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport team, meeting with reporters and greeting fans, and getting ready to begin a race with the Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones, which help him turn off distractions and focus on.
Describing his life as “an endless ride,” Hamilton says that, as a F1 World Champion “you’re in demand”, “you’ve got responsibilities”, and “everyone wants a piece of your time”. He also specifies that, “being the center of attention, being in front of the camera, it goes with the territory,” and reveals that, what he really loves is “connecting with the fans, lifting a crowd and feeling their energy, meeting new people from different cultures”, and sharing his story. “But when Sunday comes, it’s all about the race. Nothing else matters. That’s where the music comes in. From that moment, I just focus on my ultimate goal”, Hamilton also says before getting into his race car.
The ad, which also celebrates the brand’s status of Official Team Partner of AMG Petronas Motorsport, is the latest in a series of ads dedicated to the QuietCoomfort35 wireless headphones, which are labeled as Bose’s “most powerful noise-canceling headphones yet”.
The Framingham, Massachusetts-based company has also teamed up with Aaron Rodgers to promote the QuietComfort 35 headphones. The Green Bay Packers quarterback stars in a commercial that features him warming up with some teammates on a stadium that becomes his “playground” from the moments he puts on the noise-canceling headphones – all his distractions, from the Bears fans, the referees and the camera crew, disappear, allowing him to “focus on what matters”.
