HBO Coming Soon 2019 Trailer

HBO gives viewers a glimpse into its 2019 line-up, informing on the new shows and film coming next year, as well as on the returning series.

The spot includes footage from the epic fantasy series Game of Thrones, which will return for its six-episode, eighth and final season in the first half of 2019, from The Deuce, starring starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal, which will return for its second season, from the original HBO documentary Jane Fonda in Five Acts, directed and produced by award-winning documentarian Susan Lacy, which is a look at her journey, from the new series The Shop, which is set in a barber shop and features LeBron James and business partner Maverick Carter talking sports, music, pop culture, world events, business, and other cultural topics with celebrities from the worlds of sports and entertainment. Among the other shows and movies announced also are the new special Pod Save America, described as “A political podcast for people not yet ready to give up or go insane”, the new limited series Camping, from Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner (Girls), starring Jennifer Garner Kathryn as a controlling L.A. mom who, according to the official synopsis, “commands the proceedings with an iron grip until she’s faced with a woman who undoes all her best-laid plans”, the new series My Brilliant Friend, the dark comedy series Barry, created by Alec Berg and Bill Hader, which returns for its second season.

The song used in the promo is the 2018 track “This I What I Live For” by alternative/rock bang Graffiti Ghosts, from their eponymous album.
